For out-of-network treatment over $500, we’ll automatically request a complimentary Pre-Treatment Estimate from your insurance company unless you’d prefer to move forward without one. You can also request one for treatment of any amount.
Most estimates are returned within 1–2 weeks and give you a clear, transparent understanding of your estimated out-of-pocket investment. You’re never required to wait for the estimate to schedule or move forward with treatment — the choice is always yours.

A Pre-Treatment Estimate, or PTE, is a courtesy we offer to help you understand how your insurance benefits may apply to out-of-network treatment and what your estimated out-of-pocket investment may be before you get started.
For out-of-network treatment over $500, we’ll automatically request a PTE unless you ask us not to, and we’re happy to request one for treatment of any amount if it would help you feel more confident moving forward. Most estimates are returned by insurance within 1–2 weeks, and you’re never required to wait for the estimate to schedule your care.
Is a Pre-Treatment Estimate a guarantee of insurance coverage?
No. A PTE is an estimate based on the information available at that time, not a guarantee of payment. Your insurance company determines final benefits when your claim is processed.
