For those who have reservations about visiting a cold or robotic dental office, allow us to put your fears to rest. We have worked diligently to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere for our patients. It is one where you can achieve your dream smile and always leave feeling like your every need has been fulfilled. What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your dental health is a critical component of your overall health. That’s just part of the reason we make your first visit with us equal parts comfortable and professional. After all, better health starts when you feel like you’re in the best of hands.
Meet the Team
First, you’ll be introduced to our team members. They are all here to provide you with a friendly smile, advanced knowledge, and exceptional dental care every time you visit our office. It’s perfectly alright if you don’t remember the names of our staff—but we make it a point to remember yours!
Office Tour
We’ll show you around our office so you can become familiar with where the exam rooms, bathroom, and exits are. However, we do our best to provide attentive care so you’ll rarely be left alone during your appointment unless necessary.
Consultation
The next step of your appointment is a consultation with one of our dentists. This is the perfect time to discuss what you do and don’t like about your smile as well as any dental problems you may be experiencing.
CBCT Scans
An important part of your first visit is x-rays using our cone beam CT imaging. These provide an in-depth view of your oral structures and the high-resolution images make it possible for our dentists to spot small cracks, cavities, and other problems with your teeth.
Examination
One of our dentists will complete a thorough oral examination of your tissues, gums, bone, and teeth. We’ll check for decay, disease, and infection, and complete an oral cancer screening.
Hygiene Cleaning
Finally, we’ll complete a dental hygiene cleaning. Our hygienist will remove plaque and tartar buildup from your teeth, carefully floss each tooth, then polish your teeth with a gritty toothpaste.

You’ll always leave our office with a gift bag of items, including floss or floss-ups, toothpaste, and a new toothbrush. Now you can enjoy your newly cleaned teeth and maintain proper oral health until your next visit!
